Calculation of short circuit currents in electtrical network
Reiter, Martin ; Vaculík, Petr (referee) ; Toman, Petr (advisor)
First chapters of my bachelor´s thesis are focused on failures of networks, simple characteristics and description of their potential danger. Next chapters are thoroughly focused on the short-circuit, on the short-circuits graphs, on the circumstances which caused them and on their calculation. Next part is about the example, which is counted by the IEC 60909. First example is simple network. Second example is real distribution network 110kV. We are going to cogitate two involves for the real network and we are going to calculate symmetrical and asymmetrical short circuit current. There is summary of knowledge about the short-circuits and evaluation of the real distribution network at the end of my thesis.
Odstranění rozmazání pomocí dvou snímků s různou délkou expozice
Sabo, Jozef ; Šroubek, Filip (advisor) ; Horáček, Jan (referee)
In the presented work we study the methods of image deblurring using two images of the same scene with different exposure times, focusing on two main approach categories, so called deconvolution and non-deconvolution methods. We present theoretical backgrounds on both categories and evaluate their limitations and advantages. We dedicate one section to compare both method categories on test data (images) for which we our MATLAB implementation of the methods. We also compare the effectiveness of said methods against the results of a selected single-image de-noising algorithm. We do not focus at computational efficiency of algorithms and work with single-channel images only.
Characteristics of the Czech language of Russian students(with a focus on selected phonetic and morphosyntactic phenomena)
Ramasheuskaya, Katsiaryna ; Šebesta, Karel (advisor) ; Bednaříková, Božena (referee) ; Giger, Markus (referee)
Language adaptation of foreigners is always accompanied by a number of problems connected to the acquisition and the use of the language which becomes the primary communicative tool in the new environment. Ignoring and underestimating these problems typical of a particular language community can result in a failure to master the target language and consequently in the unsuccessful integration in the new society. This thesis is aimed at specific problems in the area of morphosyntax and phonetics, characteristic of Russian-speaking students of Czech. At the same time, it warns about the danger of overestimating positive transfer from Russian and emphasizes the necessity of using special didactic approach in teaching this group of foreign-language speakers. The analysis of the chosen language phenomena is based on the data from the Database of the voice recordings of spoken Czech by native speakers of Russian and the Database of language mistakes in Czech made by speakers whose native language is another Slavic language, which were created, among others, for the purpose of this thesis. The attention is specifically focused on the use of the reflexive se/si, forms of the auxiliary verb to be in the past tense, short forms of personal pronouns in spoken and written production of Russian-speaking...

The spelling of loanwords in contemporary daily press
Brožová, Ladislava ; Adam, Robert (advisor) ; Rejzek, Jiří (referee)
The theme of the bachelor's essay is the spelling of the loanwords in today's Czech daily press. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The first (theoretical) part informs about the spelling of the loanwords, which was established in 1957. Due to the constant language development the new codification (1993) codified a number of spelling changes, but they were not accepted among the experts nor public respectively. Linguists opened a discussion in which they presented their various opinions. The conclusion was publishing of Dodatek k Pravidlům českého pravopisu. It revised the spelling of the loanwords and is still valid. The crucial amendment was accepting double forms instead of "z" or short vowel only. The second part (practical) examines how the Czech daily press (Mladá fronta DNES, Lidové noviny, Hospodářské noviny, Právo and Blesk) reacts to the changes. In what way and how thoroughly do the editors respect the new rules? The aim of this essay(via excerpts from the five aforementioned newspapers) is to present the orthographical standards that prevail in today's newspapers and how has the usage of double forms of z/s, -izmus/-ismus, -ing/-ink affixes, or vowel length changed in the recent years.
